How can I buy tickets for a show?
Tickets are available over the phone only. Call 562-596-2199 to reserve your ticket with a credit card, and to choose your seat. The seating chart can be viewed on our website on the "Special Events" page (left hand column).

What are the costs for tickets?
The average ticket price ranges from $10-$45, depending on the show. Specific pricing is provided on our Calendar.

What if I don't buy a ticket?
Most shows do not have a cover charge if you just walk in. However, the only way to guarantee you have a seat when you come in, is with our VIP seating. Otherwise, there is a good chance you will have to stand, or else sit at a table without a view of the band.

What is your cancellation policy for VIP seating?
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the show (certain special events and holiday shows require a 7 day cancellation). Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the ticket.

Can I eat in the Performance Lounge?
Yes. We serve the complete menu in the Performance Lounge.

Can I see the entertainment from the Dining Room?
No. You can hear the music, but in order to see the show, you need to purchase VIP seats in our Performance Lounge.
