Cary Hardwick has spent his entire professional life inspiring the individuals around him to grow both professionally and personally. Through a management philosophy built on servant leadership, he has assisted individuals from many different professions to achieve their goals. Whether that goal is writing a business plan, opening a new business, or simply managing people more effectively, Cary helps people to find true enjoyment and success in their workplace. Cary is best known as the co-owner of Spaghettini in Seal Beach, California. Since its inception in 1988, Spaghettini has grown to be one of the top restaurants and entertainment lounges in the country.
The Spaghettini vision has fueled decades of growth, made possible by a staff of incredible, long term and dedicated professionals. Cary and his business partner Laurie Sisneros have used servant leadership and intensive training to achieve the highest level of knowledge and service.

As a teacher since 2002 at the Cottonwood Leadership College in Cypress, California, Cary has helped create a curriculum for seminary students wanting to focus their everyday work as part of their ministry. He was also a founding Team Leader of Real Business, a ministry set up to equip and encourage Christian business people.

Cary is involved with a number of local charities. He serves on the Board of Directors for The Brianna Fund, founded to raise awareness and funds for children with Cerebral Palsy.

Additionally, Cary, along with his wife Joy, owns C. J. Studios, a consulting and promotions company. Founded in 2002, the company, among other endeavors, provides a venue for Cary to publish, speak, teach, and work with individuals to develop their businesses. He is also a record and music concert producer. Whether through leadership training, or promotional revenue producing events, Cary’s desire is to lead other professionals in maximizing both their business and personal potential.

Cary was a scholarship athlete in track and field at both Long Beach City College and Indiana University. In 2009 he was inducted into the Long Beach City College Hall of Champions. He is also an avid surfer who has traveled the world in search of the “perfect wave.” Cary and his wife Joy live in Long Beach, California and have four children.
